TalkTalk looking to raise GBP 1 billion for FibreNation venture - report

Carphone Warehouse founder Sir Charles Dunstone is backing plans by FibreNation, full-fibre infrastructure venture of broadband provider TalkTalk, to raise GBP 400 million in equity and GBP 600 million in debt, reports The Telegraph.
