TalkTalk says customer numbers stabilising

The cyber attack at TalkTalk last year will lead to fundamental changes in how the UK ISP operates, CEO Did Harding told the Financial Times. An investigation by PwC for the company found that its corporate culture needed to evolve, as the start-up business matured. Harding said the report made "sobering" reading and admitted the company had under-estimated the security risks. According to Harding, the company did well by informing customers quickly about the attack last year and being "open and honest" from the start. Harding added that other businesses could learn from TalkTalk's experience
