TalkTalk says Ofcom's wholesale-access price cap not enough

UK broadband operator TalkTalk welcomed news that Ofcom plans to cap certain wholesale fibre access prices charged by Openreach but criticised the delay in implementation. The company also warned that the uneven application of the price caps risk entrenching the speed divide in the broadband sector.
