TalkTalk, Sky respond to Openreach reform proposals

BT rivals TalkTalk and Sky have responded to the Ofcom's statement on proposed reform of Openreach. TalkTalk Telecom Group CEO Dido Harding said that the creation of a legally separate Openreach was a step in the right director. However, she warned that Ofcom should not forget about the history of the company, adding that plans 10 years ago to create a separate division that served all customers equally did not happen. Sky CEO Jeremy Darroch also said the decision to create a legally separate Openreach was a step in the right direction. However, he said that it falls short of the full change
