Tcell upgrades network in Sogd, starts promo

Tajikistan operator Tcell has started a massive upgrade project for its network in the Sogd region. About 48 3G and LTE base stations have been upgraded, including 14 to LTE in the city of Khudzhand. Five new base stations have been built in the region.
