TDC shareholders plan to sell some of stake in 2010 - report

Blackstone Group, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and three leveraged buy-out companies that acquired Danish operator TDC in 2006 are preparing to divest some of their stake, people familiar with the plans told Bloomberg. The unnamed sources said that banks would be interviewed by end-November to arrange a share sale in 2010. KKR, Blackstone, Apax Partners, Permira Advisers and Providence Equity Partners control 88 percent of TDC, with their stake valued at around USD 7.4 billion. The sources said that TDC could also sell new shares to raise funds.
