TDF, CDC set up Belvedere to cover French mobile white spots

French infrastructure operator TDF and state-owned bank CDC (Caisse des Depots) have announced a strategic partnership aimed at covering mobile white spots in France. The initiative will form a new company, named Belvedere, which will support local authorities in their efforts to provide mobile coverage in rural areas, guided by new legislation passed in August 2015.
