TDF owners abandon plan to sell business – report

TDF's main shareholders have called off the search for a buyer as the business failed to attract the sort of deal they were expecting, reports Les Echos quoting unnamed sources. Brookfield Infrastructure and APG Asset Management, each with a 45 percent stake in TDF, reportedly received offers from three interested parties in mid-May, which included a consortium grouping Blacksktone, Digital Bridge and Digital Colony.
