Tech gadget subscription provider Grover raises EUR 37 mln in funding

The Berlin-based startup Grover has raised EUR 37 million in Series A funding, reported Techcrunch. The funding round was led by the venture capital firm Circularity Capital with participation from Coparion, Samsung Next and Varengold Bank and existing investors including Commerzbank's Main Incubator. The Series A funding contains a mix of EUR 12 million in equity and a EUR 25 million debt facility.
