Technicolor plans EUR 300 million rights issue

Technicolor announced plans for a rights issue to raise EUR 300 million in order to strengthen its balance sheet. The new capital is part of a strategic plan for 2020-2022 presented by its new CEO Richard Moat, along with preliminary annual results showing negative cash flow in the past year.
