Technicolor posts 46% drop in FY EBITDA, expects significant improvement in 2021

Technicolor said that its full-year adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations decreased 46.0 percent at constant currency to EUR 167 million, following the expected slump at its Production Services division (-88.0%), caused by the pandemic. Overall, group performance was better than expected, said the company, after the EBITDA result bounced back to EUR 115 million in the second half of the year, from EUR 53 million in H1. The trend should continue to improve significantly in 2021, with a full-year target of EUR 270 million.
