Technicolor sells post-production business in EUR 30 ml deal with Streamland Media

Technicolor has announced the sale of its Technicolor Post operations, which support the film industry with services such as picture and sound finishing, following a EUR 30 million agreement with US company Streamland Media. The deal is expected to close during the first half of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. Technicolor said that the sale fitted with the long-term strategy of its Production Services division to focus on visual effects (VFX), animation, and creative services for the entertainment and advertising sectors.
