Technicolor withdraws 2020-2022 guidance in view of Covid-19

Tuesday 24 March 2020 | 10:41 CET | News
Technicolor is suspending the financial guidance that its new CEO Richard Moat presented in mid-February as part of the company's 2020-2022 strategic plan. The company said that the Covid-19 pandemic is causing significant uncertainty and that it would provide an update on its objectives once there is more clarity on the impact of the current crisis. It also confirmed that plans for a rights issue to raise up to EUR 300 million have been approved by its shareholders, adding that the timing of this operation will be set as soon as market conditions are appropriate.
