TelcoDR announces USD 1 billion Telco Transformation Fund, buys parts of Zephyrtel

TelcoDR has acquired parts of software firm Zephyrtel from Joe Liemandt's ESW Capital, for an undisclosed amount. The assets will be integrated into TelcoDR's portfolio of telecom software products and be operated by Skyvera. The consultancy announced a USD 1 billion Telco Transformation Fund to support the strategic acquisition, development and cloudification of software products for the telco market. All acquired assets will be overseen and operated by Skyvera, a subsidiary of TelcoDRy.
