Tele Columbus agrees new EUR 75 mln term loan

Tele Columbus announced that it entered into a binding commitment with credit funds advised by Goldman Sachs for an additional EUR 75 million term loan. The five-year facility carries a margin of Euribor plus 425 basis points.
