Tele Columbus mulls strategic options to improve financing

German cable operator Tele Columbus is considering strategic options, including a break-up or asset disposals, to improve its financing, Manager Magazine reports. The divestments may include fibre-optic network assets, the report added. The CEO of the company, Daniel Ritz, told analysts that Tele Columbus wanted to keep a majority in this case.
