Tele2 complains to Nkom over Telenor roaming charges

Tele2 Norway has reported Telenor Norway to the Norwegian telecoms regulator Nkom, according to an excerpt from InsideTelecom.no. It said Telenor is demanding NOK 30 million in coverage charges related to their national roaming agreement, which expired on 30 March. Following the sale of Tele2 to Teliasonera, Tele2 has completed the transfer of its customers from Telenor's network to TeliaSonera's. Telenor's view is that Tele2 has to pay the charge for all its customers for the whole period of the roaming contract, whereas Tele2 says it is only liable to pay for the period when customers were
