Tele2 completes Kazakhstan exit, to pay extra dividend

Tele2 announced that it has completed the sale of its stake in Tele2 Kazakhstan to Kazakhtelecom. The company plans to use the proceeds, along with those from the sale of Tele2 Netherlands, to pay an extraordinary dividend. Shareholders are invited to vote on the dividend at an extraordinary meeting planned for 22 August.
