Tele2 Kazakhstan, Altel launch carrier billing for utility, transport payments

Mobile operators Tele2 Kazakhstan and Altel have introduced to their customers an opportunity to pay for various goods and services from the mobile bill or prepaid credit. The option enables payments for utility, public transport and numerous other services. Customers are also able to transfer money from a handset balance to a bank card balance, as well as to withdraw money on ATMs.
