Mobile operator Tele2 Latvia leads among Latvian telecommunications operators in the number of complaints submitted by subscribers to the national competition regulator SPRK, reports Db.lv. Cable operator Izzi and the fixed operator Lattelecom followed in the list. Izzi was at the top of the list a year earlier, while satellite operator Viasat also reduced the amount of complaints significantly, according to Valdis Lokenbahs, the head of the regulator.
