Tele2 may consider sale of Dutch broadband operations

Tele2 may consider selling fixed-line assets in the Netherlands amid a continued loss of customers there. The company could sell the consumer part of its fixed-line business or upgrade the infrastructure to offer FTTH services, CEO Mats Granryd said in an interview with Bloomberg at an investor conference in Barcelona. "We are weighing our options," Granryd said. "What we have seen in the third quarter is an acceleration of the fixed line being less attractive."
