Tele2 NL sees weak mobile customer growth in Q4, sales up 5%

Tele2 Netherlands added 3,000 mobile customers in the fourth quarter, while losing 4,000 broadband and 4,000 fixed telephony subscribers. Its mobile revenues still jumped 31 percent year-on-year to EUR 80 million, while broadband fell by 11 percent to EUR 60 million, and fixed telephony was down 23 percent to EUR 8 million. The operator launched its new tariff plans and 4G network in Q4 and said for the first time data traffic over its own network surpassed that from the 3G MVNO agreement with T-Mobile.
