Tele2 NL to improve credit assessment for new customers

Tele2 Netherlands has promised Dutch consumer association Consumentenbond that it will improve the assessment of new customers regarding their creditworthiness. Some applicants for a mobile subscription have been rejected because they are not "creditworthy" enough. From the end of June, Tele2 NL will provide a roadmap for these customers, with more and clearer information about why they were rejected and how unjustified rejections can be rectified.
