Tele2 Norway launches 4G on 01 May, adds data to 'Large'

Tuesday 29 April 2014 | 12:07 CET | News
Tele2 Norway said that it will start providing 4G mobile services at up to 40 Mbps on 01 May, adding that this will pose a challenge to its competitors. Tele2 has previously said it was reviewing its Norwegian operations, after it failed to gain spectrum in December's auction. The operator said it will begin by including 4G service in its Large and Extra Large subscriptions, with other customers able to access it by autumn at the latest.
