Tele2 reduces revolving credit facility to EUR 800 mln

Tele2 has reduced its revolving credit facility of EUR 1.2 billion to 800 million. The facility was also extended by one year to May 2018. The debt agreement is with a syndicate of 12 banks. One of the 12 did not choose to participate in the new facility, lowering the number of banks now to 11. Tele2 said the new facility has a more suitable size for the company, now that it has sold Tele2 Russia. It is currently unutilised.
