Tele2 Sweden welcomes proposal for more ex-ante regulation for data retention

Thursday 12 October 2017 | 12:17 CET | News

Last December, Tele2 won a case at the European Court of Justice against a general obligation to retain data. The Swedish government then appointed Heuman to review the legislation.
