Tele2, Telfort see drop in customer recommendations

Simyo still has the highest 'Word of Mouth' score among Dutch postpaid mobile providers, while the recent rise in triple-play WoM scores for Telfort and Tele2 has come to a halt, according to the latest figures from Telecompaper. The WoM score measures what percentage of current customers would recommend their provider to others. Telfort and Tele2 have seen their WoM scores increase since the start of 2015, from respectively 46 to 67 and 32 to 64.
