Telecom Italia (TIM) has announced the launch of a free package for all mobile customers containing zero-rated music, video and gaming content for 12 months. Under the ‘TIM Show’ offer, the operator will make available a selection of 2,500 songs from TIM Music, 40 original short TV series from Studio+, games from Gameloft plus news and current affairs from TIM MyNews without consuming data from customer bundles. To access the content, TIM mobile users need to download a dedicated app for each service.

In a statement, TIM said the original short TV series from Studio+ are produced by France’s Vivendi, the operator’s biggest shareholder, with each episode lasting 10 minutes on average. The free Gameloft games made available include Paddington Run, Asphalt 8: Airborne, Modern Combat Versus and Dragon Mania Legends.

A TV advertising campaign featuring Italian dancer and YouTube star JSM together with a number of Star Wars characters will be launched on TV, online and in TIM stores to promote the ‘TIM Show’ offer.
