Telecom Italia turnaround is in full swing - chairman

Despite pressure on its share price Telecom Italia's turnaround is in full swing after the arrival of new CEO Flavio Cattaneo and second-quarter results on 26 July will speak for themselves, chairman Giuseppe Recchi said. The company is not concerned by competition in the fibre sector from Metroweb or in the mobile sector from new entrant Iliad, Recchi told Corriere della Sera in an interview.
