Telecom Namibia to sell Neotel stake in Vodacom deal

Telecom Namibia confirmed it will sell its minority share in Neotel in South Africa following the agreement for Vodacom to acquire Neotel from its majority shareholder Tata Communications. Telecom Namibia chairperson Catherine Beukes-Amiss said the latest development is positive as it will enable Telecom Namibia to focus on the local Namibian market.
