Telecom takeovers are an international affair - BTG

BTG, the association of large telecom users in the Netherlands, has reacted cautiously to legislation proposed by the ministry of economic affairs aimed at preventing unwanted takeovers in the IT and telecom sector. The government wants to be able to intervene if key infrastructure faces the possibility of falling into foreign ownership.
