Telefonica appoints country manager for Terra Colombia

Telefonica has appointed Francis Lock Castilla as country manager of Terra Colombia. As head of Telefonica's internet portal Terra in Colombia, Lock will lead the relaunch of the Terra web portal. Telefonica has recently announced it is investing USD 10 million to change its Terra website to give it the image of a social network, allowing greater customisation of the content displayed.
