Telefonica COO calls for fairer regulatory framework

Spain and Europe as a whole need to put in place fairer regulations adapted to the new reality of a communications sector where telecoms operators are having to compete with technological companies, according to Telefonica's chief operating officer Jose Maria Alvarez-Pallete.
