Telefonica Deutschland connects to Unitymedia network for mobile backhaul

Telefonica Deutschland announced the connection of 1,000 sites on its O2 mobile network to the fibre network infrastructure of Unitymedia. The company said this will help make it fit for the future 5G standard.
