Telefonica Germany raises throttled service speed to 384 Kbps after data allowance consumption

Telefonica Germany said that it is increasing its throttled service speed to 384 Kbps for customers who use up all the data allowance with their tariffs. The promotion is valid until the end of April. The increase is automatic and will take place within the next few days for O2 postpaid customers, and within the next one to two weeks for the O2 prepaid customers.
