Telefonica looking to sell logistics subsidiary Zeleris for EUR 100 mln - report

Telefonica is looking to follow the sale of its Telxius tower division and stakes in its Chilean and German fibre units by divesting its Spanish logistics subsidiary Zeleris, according to unnamed sources cited by Cinco Dias. The operator has hired a specialist M&A advisor to seek buyers for Zeleris (formerly Aeris), a business it values at around EUR 100 mllion, and has already received non-binding offers from private equity funds.
