Telefonica Mexico reported a 1.7 percent year on year rise in organic revenues in the fourth quarter of 2019, reaching EUR 332 million compared to EUR 308 million a year earlier, thanks to a fifth consecutive quarter of positive net additions in contract accesses, offsetting declining handset sales.
