Telefonica publishes AI ethical guidelines

Telefonica has published a series of guidelines setting out its commitment to using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in an ethical manner, one of the first companies in the world to do so. Approved by the operator's Executive Committee, the principles commit to gender equality and impartiality, transparency, clarity, privacy and security in the design and development of AI across Telefonica's entire value chain.
