Telefonica relaunches Base as online-only offer

Tuesday 5 July 2016 | 17:53 CET | News
Telefonica brand Base has been relaunched as an online-only offer. For service and assistance, Base relies entirely on digital channels. Via a smart self-care section, customers can take care of any issues themselves. For more complex questions, the Base Live Chat as well as Facebook and Twitter are available. The new Base offers are directed at new customers only. Former Base customers will be switched to the O2 brand.
