Telefonica reports first case of Covid-19 in Madrid office

Telefonica has announced the first confirmed case of coronavirus (Covid-19) among staff working at its Aravaca plant in the north of Madrid. In a statement, the company said the employee is in a stable condition in hospital, having last been at the office on 25 February. He was admitted to a Madrid hospital on 01 March, with the health authorities now confirming that he has the Covid-19 virus.
