Telefonica targets security, videogame sectors - report

Telefonica believes there is a potential market of 1 million clients for a suite of security and automation services it is developing and which it aims to launch in the final quarter of 2014, El Pais reported.The company is also developing a decoder to host a new online video games platform which will allow players to participate using a range of connected devices, but this is unlikely to be ready before the end of 2015, the paper cited unnamed Telefonica sources as saying.
