Telefonica to cancel London stock exchange listing next month

Telefonica has announced its intention to cancel its listing on the London Stock Exchange next month due to the low volume of trading. In a statement, the O2 owner confirmed that it would ask the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to cancel the standard listing of its ordinary shares from 16 May.
