Friday 4 December 2015 | 11:09 CET | News
Telefonica has announced the launch of a new channel called #0 by the start of next year. The channel will replace Canal Plus, acquired by Telefonica earlier this year following its takeover of Digital+. In a statement the company said #0 will be available on its Movistar+ pay-TV offer and feature sports (Formula 1, Moto GP, football and tennis), TV series, films and at least five hours of in-house entertainment programmes per day. Star presenters including Andreu Buenafuente, Eva Hace and Inaki Gabilondo have already signed up for the new channel.
