Wednesday 17 February 2021 | 09:05 CET | News
Telefonica is finalising the sale of four more data centres to Nabiax, a subsidiary of Spanish infrastructure fund Asterion, for around EUR 100 million, according to unnamed sources cited by El Economista. The agreement will not include any cash payment but will pave the way for the creation of a new company controlled by Nabiax in which Telefonica will retain a minority stake of around 20 percent, said the report.
