Telefonica to soon complete LatAm assets sale to CMI

Telefonica has completed the sale of 40 percent of its assets in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Panama to Corporacion Multi Inversiones (CMI). Telefonica informs that the conditions to which the transaction was subject have been met. The transaction will be completed in the coming days.
