Telefonica Vivo gets new IR director

Brazilian operator Telefonica Vivo announced Joao Pedro Soares Carneiro as its new director of investor relations, replacing Luis Plaster, who leaves the company. The new director already worked at the operator for eight years, half of which as senior manager of the area.
