Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange fined over EUR 3 mln for unfair clauses

Telefonica, Vodafone and Orange Spain have been fined a total of EUR 3.09 million by the regional government of Andalucia following complaints lodged by consumer protection association Facua regarding unfair contract clauses. Facua said it filed its complaints regarding unfair clauses back in 2013, with the regional government subsequently carrying out inspections in 2016 and 2017.
