Telegram users submit new appeal to Russian Supreme Court

Russian users of the messaging app Telegram have submitted an appeal to the Supreme Court over the state ban on the app, reports RNS. The group already lost appeals earlier this year at lower courts in Moscow, where they asked the federal security service FSB to stop requiring Telegram provide it with encryption keys. The appeal to the Supreme Court counts 35 Telegram users as plaintiffs.
