Telekom Deutschland launches employee skills programme

From February, Telekom Deutschland will test run a cloud-based human resources programme which assesses and track employees' competencies. The programme, implemented by the group in Bonn, will involve 1,800 employees from the technology, security, group innovation and customer service business units within Telekom Deutschland. Each employee will be assigned a 'skills profile' detailing which competencies are currently expected and which will be required in future.
