
Telekom Malaysia, fixed-line giant, may withdraw from its planned merger with Celcom (Malaysia), due to a legal dispute between Celcom and Deutsche Telekom (DT) (Germany), Celcom shareholder, according to a source close to the matter. Telekom Malaysia may withdraw if DT wins major compensation from Celcom. If Telekom is sure of beating DT, it will go ahead with the merger; if not, Telekom may pull out, according to the source. DT is dissatisfied with the valuation of the merger. Celcom may take the dispute
